"I certainly had to take my time to carefully type the words that best fit the training experience and knowledge I have received from my trainer Mike. Firstly thank you Mike for training me. I figured if anyone knows his stuff it would be you. You’re a great professional. I have always been a gym person, just not the weights. I’ve sure done a lot of running and calisthenics to stay in shape. I found my body was droopy in front and back slouching a lot in the past few years.
